Position Summary
Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support regarding self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the company's products and services. Assists management with supervising associates by assigning duties, communicating goals, training, providing guidance, and ensuring compliance with policies. Supports recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating staff. Receives and stocks supplies, organizes the sales floor, maintains safety standards, and ensures proper merchandise presentation. Oversees product quality, manages order picking and staging, and develops processes to meet business needs. Promotes compliance with policies and standards, leads team activities, and fosters a culture of respect, integrity, and excellence. Demonstrates commitment to customer service and continuous improvement. Offers competitive pay, performance bonuses, and benefits including health, financial, paid time off, and educational programs. The hourly wage ranges from $20.00 to $28.00, with additional premiums possible. Minimum Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older, with at least 6 months of retail experience and 6 months of customer service experience. Preferred Qualifications
