As an Account Manager for Herby Clark - State Farm Agent, you play a vital role in our daily operations and customer success. Your responsibilities include growing our agency through meaningful customer relationships, acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, and proactively marketing relevant products and services. Develop and maintain customer relationships to foster retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and offer tailored recommendations. Manage the resolution of complex customer issues. Utilize your knowledge of insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. Qualifications
Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet sales targets. Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
