you will have the opportunity to positively impact our business and the lives of our team members and customers daily. We seek energetic, people-focused team members who will help us redefine the car-buying experience. The primary role of the Sales Consultant is to respond to online vehicle inquiries via phone and email. The Sales Consultant also works directly with customers visiting the store, guiding them through the buying process to closing the sale. Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs using Asbury's selling process. Build rapport to generate referrals and establish a customer network. Respond to internet leads promptly with product information and pricing via email. Answer sales calls and set appointments. Confirm appointments and follow up with customers post-inquiry and post-sale. Conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds. Guide customers throughout the buying process from start to finish. Must be motivated to succeed and able to maintain customer relationships. Experience with CRM databases is preferred. Prior automotive sales, retail, customer service, call center, or business development experience is a plus. Maintain professional appearance and attire. Bi-lingual skills are advantageous. Self-motivated team player with a minimum age of 18 and a valid Driver’s License. Ability to pass pre-employment screenings. Company Benefits: Pay and Recognition
