ADT Solutions Advisor for businesses Responsibilities
Help protect and connect businesses by promoting ADT’s line of innovative automation and smart security products and solutions. Visit customers at their homes or businesses to provide solutions and demonstrate the value of our products and services. Explain products and services in depth and recommend the right solutions to customers. Build relationships, deliver a great customer experience, and turn curious consumers into loyal customers. Collaborate with customers and coworkers in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Qualifications and Qualities
Self-motivated, tech-savvy individual driven to succeed. Strong communication and creative skills; ability to explain complex solutions clearly. Ability to connect with people, build relationships, and show empathy in varied situations. Willingness to put in the work with the expectation of results corresponding to effort. Business insight and knowledge of key small business industries, technology trends, and common business challenges. Curiosity for the newest technology and the ability to adapt to competitive and customer needs. Excellent time management to prioritize tasks effectively. What’s in it for you
