Fintech Join Fintech in Tampa, Florida as an Account Manager! The Account Manager’s primary responsibility is to manage, develop and maintain relationships within Fintech’s retail customer base. Our retailers are made up of grocery, convenience stores and restaurant/hospitality industries. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the understanding of the retailer’s business operations as it relates to the beverage alcohol industry. The Account Manager is responsible for servicing these accounts and ensuring the customer is aware and utilizes all current Fintech products. The Account Manager will also assist in solution selling new Fintech products and services to existing retail customers. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic outreach and referrals. Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote Fintech and generate leads. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients. Activate and maintain contract services through effective onboarding and documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to implement and support new product sales. Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retail clients and strategic partners. Understand client operations related to beverage alcohol purchases to identify opportunities for Fintech solutions. Ensure clients are fully utilizing current Fintech products and are informed about new offerings. Conduct regular check-ins, audits, and satisfaction assessments with client contacts. Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, concerns, and escalations. Client Engagement & Support Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and contact databases. Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve client issues and support product implementation. Monitor client activity and provide status reports to leadership on progress and goal alignment. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Associate’s Degree accepted with relevant experience. 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success, preferably in retail, hospitality, or beverage alcohol industries. Experience in regulated retail verticals is a plus. Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred). Comfortable conducting online demos and speaking in public forums. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively. Willingness to travel as needed.
