About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming & guiding customers through your store to actively sell our products and providing customers with support & guidance. You'll use your fashion and product knowledge to provide our customers with all the relevant information they need for the best experience. You'll also work on garment refill & care, presentation and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with the rest of your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. Customer Sales & Profit: Provide excellent customer service by welcoming & guiding customers through the store and the OMNI experience where available, supporting direct customer service Engage with customers to provide excellent service Guide customers through fashion trends, stories & products in all areas of the store Effectively promote and sell products Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) & in-store sustainability initiatives Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management General Information
Fashion & Trend Awareness Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers Use product & fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers Team & Development Retain and share service, fashion and store operations knowledge with colleagues Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store Give & receive feedback with colleagues to learn, develop & support each other Participate in onboarding, introduction processes & trainings relevant for your role & future development Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and garment care Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice & processes Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms) Support garment presentation, execution and maintenance of attractive merchandise displays, trends & stories according to visual & commercial guidelines Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor Maintain in-store OMNI Services & in-store tech services/tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store) Support opening and closing of the store Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role Qualifications As a Sales Advisor, you should be passionate about fashion and what we create in-store Motivated by giving customers a great experience Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment Have sales experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment relevant to the role Experience in customer service in fashion, retail or other service-related industries Why You'll Love Working at H&M We value diverse backgrounds and strive for an inclusive, diverse and equitable workplace We are guided by our 7 values and offer opportunities for growth Access to Colleague Resource Groups (CRGs) for community and networking Inclusive environment where you’re encouraged to be yourself at work Access to a large global talent community for career growth Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, wellness, family support programs, retirement plan, paid leave, and a community day Employee discount at H&M, & Other Stories, and COS Additional Information
