Overview
Territory Account Sales Executive - Architecture & Construction at Autodesk. This is a senior sales role to help digitize the AEC industry by enabling customers to shape the future from design to construct and maintain, leveraging Autodesk’s platform, automation, data and insights to visualize, optimize, and simulate with smarter tools and new collaborative capabilities. Define a business plan that drives target achievement by analyzing market dynamics, historic performance, customer portfolio and total addressable market. Evaluate and prepare strategic account plans for each assigned account, including customer profiling, value messaging, and steps to execute the plan. Engage with the extended team to influence the entire portfolio through smart prioritization. Engage with customer C-level executives to understand goals and desired business outcomes and develop meaningful, measurable outcome propositions sponsored by the right decision makers. Manage accounts through the full sales process: business development, prospecting, specifications, contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support. Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts. Partner with channel partners to understand their business and drive new revenue and expanded partner relationships. Provide regular customer feedback to product, industry and marketing teams to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Negotiate deals at various levels within the target accounts, with emphasis on C-level and enterprise negotiations. Generate new business by developing leads and expanding existing accounts. Sell complex service engagements and explore alternative solutions where necessary. Act as a trusted adviser and help customers and the company develop success reference stories. Assist customers and Autodesk in creating compelling reference cases. Minimum Qualifications
Proven track record (min. 8 years) in direct and/or indirect enterprise solution sales, preferably in a subscription-based SaaS model, and/or relevant architecture/construction industry experience with strong business acumen. Experience leading (extended) teams to successful business engagements with customers. Passionate about trends and innovations in engineering and technology. Autonomous, proactive, collaborative work style with a strong customer focus. Business fluency in German and English (verbal and written) with excellent communication skills in both languages. Salary is part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on experience and location. The package may include base salary, annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
