Job Responsibilities
Maintain client and advisor relationships with a high active client retention rate
Maintain a caseload of MEP adopters, approximately 50% split between ADP and Safe Harbor plans
Manage and prioritize workload towards weekly goals in a results-oriented team environment
Exemplify superior client service and ability to consult with clients regarding plan operation and design
Collaborate with other Nova departments, record-keepers, and advisors to ensure a great client experience
Document all client interactions in the workflow management system
Follow Nova policies and procedures in all work
Proactively communicate with MEP clients and investment advisors about new industry developments
Qualifications
Five or more years of 401(k) plan administration experience
Strong knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy, and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing
Familiarity with MEP service models and providers is a plus
NIPA credential, ASPPA credential, or a 4-year college degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
Ability to proactively and independently manage a book of business
High level of critical thinking; lifelong learner and coachable
Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary $74,000 - $95,000
Salaried, non-exempt
