Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training in a call center environment Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales A proactive approach to problem-solving and encouraging customer commitment Previous outbound or inbound telemarketing experience is preferred High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate\'s degree or higher is preferred How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
