A Day In The Life: As a Field Sales Representative at Monster Energy, you will energize and amplify bottler relationships, educate and inspire partner representatives, and execute strategies at chain and local account levels within your territory. You will drive bottler business results, spearhead initiatives, and roll out national and local marketing programs to capture market share and meet budget targets. Train Bottler Sales Representatives on product knowledge, sales methodologies, and marketing promotions by influencing bottler actions at multiple levels. This includes ride-alongs in retail outlets, sales presentations at bottler facilities, huddle calls with bottler reps, and team calls with internal and external partners. Sell at retail (outlet level) aligned to quarterly strategic initiatives focused on innovation, distribution, displays, and equipment placements, in conjunction with bottler partners. Utilize Monster Energy Company tools (CRM) and capabilities to maximize productivity and results in your market, including surveys, training tools, sales data software, asset allocation, and internal social platforms. Participate in business unit drives, market audits, company meetings and events, sampling initiatives, and local retail meetings, including setup/teardown, customer hosting, and sales presentations. Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred). Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales or Marketing. Additional Experience: Minimum 1 year in Beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG). Computer Skills: Proficiency with office tools and handheld devices. Certifications: Maintain an acceptable driving record for company insurance coverage. Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation; this position has an annual estimated salary of $35,100-$46,800.
