Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
to provide quality in-home care and support for a
male client .
The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and comfortable assisting with personal care and mobility needs.

We have earned The Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval. Alvita Care clients are all private-pay and we do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.
Qualifications
Valid HHA/PCA certification in the state of NY.
At least 1 year of experience as private care.
Must be compassionate, reliable, and professional.
Ability to assist with mobility and lifting tasks when necessary.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging behaviors with care.
Trustworthy, reliable, and compassionate.
Memory Care, Palliative, ADL, and transfer experience are all a plus.
Details
Full‑time, part‑time, and per diem schedule options are available.
Shifts 6‑12 hours; overnights occasionally.
Weekend availability and flexibility with shifts.
Supportive and respectful work environment.
Pay ranges from $19.10 to $20.00 per hour.
Weekly paycheck on Fridays (direct deposit, debit pay card, or paper check).

Sick time – up to 56 hours per year based on hours worked.
401(k) with company match.

Subject to one-year employment and 1,560 hours worked for medical benefit eligibility.
