Sales Development Representative

Emergent Software . This entry-level role is part of our Sales & Customer Success team, primarily remote with regular in-office visits to our Minneapolis, MN location as well as client-related local travel. Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships within the SMB customer segment. Partner with the marketing team to execute lead generation strategies. Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through research, outreach, and follow-up. Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in the CRM system. Support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals. Stay current with industry trends and Microsoft technologies to articulate our value proposition. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM systems a plus. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Preferred Skills
Prior internship or experience in sales, marketing, or customer service. Knowledge of sales development best practices and outreach strategies. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills. Vetting Process
