Responsibilities

Performance to Goals: Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.

Take pride in work and strive for excellence.

Take responsibility for performance.

Teamwork: Embody the company culture of coaching through fostering Tumi elite and skill practicing continuously with store team and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Demonstrate organizational core values.

Demonstrate an openness to new ideas and concepts while quickly learning and applying to the job.

Communication and Relationship Building: Exercise strong verbal and written skills; utilize active listening to seek understanding; adjust communication to the audience; maintain ethical conduct; collaborate effectively; be open to feedback; remain calm and deescalate situations.

Compliance: Manage personal timecards to ensure payroll accuracy; complete all tasks and meet deadlines; adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Visual Merchandising/Client Experience: Ensure store follows visual guidelines, cleanliness standards, and a consistent superior client experience.

Qualifications

Understand the TUMI brand and have true passion for the lifestyle, clients, and product assortment.

Value a collaborative environment and openness to feedback.

Physical requirements: stands, moves around the store, lifts and pushes boxes up to 30 pounds, and uses a ladder to complete job duties.

Strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market.

Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and KPI attainment.

Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as needed.

Strong integrity and ability to lead by example.
