Inside Sales Representative position with Cardinal Health. This role focuses on driving sales and services to new and existing customers, managing a high-volume book of business, and delivering an exceptional sales experience. Territory: candidate must reside in East Coast time zone. Pay and Location
Base pay range
$17.99/hr - $26.97/hr Anticipated hourly range:
$17.99 per hour - $26.97 per hour + incentive plan eligibility Location requirement:

This role is responsible for managing a high volume of mid to small volume customers. Key deliverables: 1) retain existing customers, 2) lead generation and qualification to identify opportunities and drive growth, and 3) deliver bottom line profitability. Cultivate and maintain customer relationships and deliver an exceptional sales experience across the book of business. Drive growth within existing accounts and identify new targets through lead generation and opportunity qualification. Lead tracking, account profiling, pipeline development, account planning, and engagement documentation (including agenda-based calls, QBRs, etc.) are core sales processes to maximize portfolio performance. Partner with product sales to drive penetration of private label / house brand products within distribution customers. Cross-functional partnership and communication are needed to manage the supply chain and back-office operations on behalf of the customer base. Responsibilities
Execute a high velocity of lead generation and opportunity qualification calls to identify and track growth opportunities. Address customer questions and troubleshoot challenges. Navigate service and performance challenges; identify and implement mitigation solutions. Create compelling selling strategies to secure new customer volume and maintain existing accounts. Hold regular business reviews and cadences with key customers to drive improvements and develop strategic relationships. Leverage financial acumen to develop deal models that deliver a competitive offer while ensuring profitability. Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to achieve results. Partner with other sales teams to maximize scale and leverage across the enterprise. Engage internal teams to price products to win the marketplace. Develop sales plans and robust pipeline; maintain accurate information in SFDC for pipeline opportunities, contacts, and activities. Overcome obstacles and influence positive outcomes while maintaining relationships. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred 2+ years related experience, preferred Healthcare experience – long term, home health and/or non-acute, preferred Telesales experience, preferred Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Organized with strong time-management skills What is expected of you and others at this level
Applies working knowledge to perform varied tasks Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity Identifies solutions to technical problems and takes action to resolve Applies judgment within defined parameters Receives general guidance and may receive more detailed instruction on new projects Work is reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy Benefits
