Account Coordinator

team. ACCOUNT COORDINATOR The Lifestyle team has immediate openings for an entry-level role:
Account Coordinator . The AC is the backbone of a successful account team, helping to keep us organized and informed, while assisting with the execution of integrated communications campaigns. You’ll work on three consumer brands, focusing on beauty and home PR programs that include earned media storytelling, influencer programming, and bold creative platforms. Responsibilities
Media Relations: Build media lists using resources such as Cision and Muck Rack; begin to form relationships with key media outlets; help to craft pitches; conduct outreach and secure coverage; monitor coverage (client and competitive). Influencer Programming: Build influencer rosters; collect and report back-end creator metrics; begin to form relationships with influencers/managers. Project Management: Serve as coordinator of your team; schedule internal/client calls; set call agendas and share comprehensive recaps; organize client folders and databases; oversee brand samples and track inventory (if applicable); coordinate deliveries to media and influencers; support events and mailers. Measurement & Merchandising: Manage clips and media placement coverage reports/tracking documents; provide ongoing monitoring for client and competitor coverage; own ongoing client reports (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) and trackers, keeping them updated and accurate. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 0-1 years of experience (internships included) Strong writing and verbal communication skills Positive and flexible attitude Proactive and curious mindset Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and organizational skills On the pulse of pop culture, trends, entertainment, and news Even better if you love beauty, skincare, or home decor Location & Work Policy
Location: Remote - Tri-State area (NY, NJ, CT) within easy reach of New York City area for day trips. Our Flexible Work Policy: We believe that our best work happens in a hybrid working environment. If you are in the NYC hub, we want to see you in person 2 days a week, either in our office, at a client site, on the road with them, or at industry events. Benefits
