Overview

Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant (Memphis) at Comcast. This role involves assisting and consulting with customers on Xfinity products and services to deliver a world-class sales and service experience. The position works with moderate supervision and is accountable for individual results and impact on the team. Responsibilities

Passionately represent products and services by sharing and demonstrating product and sales know-how with customers. Provide product demonstrations to educate customers on full product capabilities to maximize their experience. Take a customer-first approach with all interactions. Listen to and evaluate customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives. Provide comprehensive customer onboarding and ensure customers understand how to use and manage all company products/services, gaining their consent where needed. Perform operational and administrative tasks. Partner with customer care to resolve customer issues as appropriate. Demonstrate sales excellence, professionalism, integrity, and a friendly demeanor with customers and teammates. Comply with company and retail operational policies and procedures. Complete training requirements and actively participate in team huddles and learning. Understand the sales compensation plan and its key elements. Maintain a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, variable shifts, and overtime as needed. May be asked to work in alternate stores. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Ability to carry and lift up to 25 pounds, stand and move about the store. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma / GED Experience: 2-5 years Employment Type and Seniority
