Deliver on our promise by ensuring every moment matters for our clients, providing assistance when needed and communicating proactively. Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces for a seamless parking experience. Count vehicles on location during the shift as needed. Write and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors that violate garage policies; patrol transient and reserved parking levels as needed. Provide assistance to customers who have forgotten where they parked their vehicle. Report to work on time and in uniform for every scheduled shift. Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed. Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and perform general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager. Report accidents, observed or suspected policy violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager. Communicate debris, spills, and other hazards to the garage office. Substitute for Valets when authorized and needed. Maintain thorough knowledge of all garage areas and major local streets, landmarks, and freeways to assist customers. Assist the Facility Manager with other duties as needed. Qualifications
Valid state driver’s license, current address, and acceptable driving record. Ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission is a plus. Availability to work special shifts if needed (2nd, 3rd shifts and/or weekends). Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (must provide valid documentation if hired). Ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints. Ability to read, write, add, and subtract US currency and comprehend instructions, emails, and memos. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and calmly adapt to changes, delays, and unexpected events while working. Pay Rate: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour. Location: US-IL-CHICAGO.
