Our fully equipped Pilates studio—running strong for 25 years—is a well-established part of our practice, offering clients a unique and holistic path to wellness.
Instructors work with a wide variety of clients, including:
Individuals transitioning from physical therapy
Long‑term wellness clients
Athletes
Older adults
People seeking injury prevention, strength, and mobility training
This is a great opportunity to work in a professional, collaborative setting where Pilates is integrated into a broader vision of health and healing.
Base Pay Range $19.00/hr - $56.00/hr
Pay Structure
Private Session: $40
Semi-Private (2 People): $56
Small Group (Up to 3 People): $66
Physical Therapy Aide Support Role: $19/hour

What We’re Looking For
Certified in full Pilates apparatus
Experience teaching private and semi‑private sessions
Able to confidently modify sessions for various physical conditions and skill levels
Interest in both fitness and rehab-style Pilates
Strong communication and professionalism
Reliable, team-oriented
Your Responsibilities
Deliver safe and effective Pilates sessions using Reformer, Cadillac, and other equipment
Adapt instruction for clients recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or working on fitness goalsCommunicate with PT staff when appropriate to support client progress
Maintain a clean, organized studio space
Assist with client scheduling
