Bilingual Retail Store Manager I (58387) – Mobilelink Join the Mobilelink family as a Retail Store Manager. Mobilelink is the largest Cricket Wireless dealer with over 500 stores and is looking for passionate, driven individuals to lead and inspire. As a Retail Store Manager (RSM), you’ll drive success, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and lead a team to new heights. This is a fast-growing, dynamic company with growth and earning potential. Responsibilities
Own the sales and operations of your store, driving business performance and team success. Lead by example, coach your team, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Manage inventory, roll out new products and services, and act as the heartbeat of the store. Inspire the team to exceed sales goals and deliver top-notch customer service. Create an environment where every employee can thrive and grow. Launch new products and services with the District Manager and key partners. Train and develop the team to sell with confidence and knowledge. Maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient store environment. Coach and motivate on the sales floor; handle administrative duties like compliance and reporting. Qualifications
1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment). Fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams. Exceptional sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards. Aptitude for motivating others and creating a winning team atmosphere. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Schedule
Balanced 8-hour shifts, weekdays, and most Saturdays. Benefits
