Retail Store Manager PARKERSBURG | Pike St Responsibilities
Demonstrate how to help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store. Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store. Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing all store functions, including sales, inventory, and the implementation of new store programs and initiatives. Lead by example, selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan, including accessories and up-and-coming Internet of Things (IoT) devices. Maintain store readiness and a high level of customer experience. What you’ll do in your role
Lead by example to guide the team toward top performance and delivering first-class customer experiences. Assist customers across channels and demonstrate how our offerings support their lifestyle. Approach and customer experience
Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty and empathy. Become proficient in digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding. Productivity and skills
Demonstrate how our coverage stacks up in customers’ neighborhoods with fast LTE. Explain plans and services that enable unlimited connectivity and a seamless customer experience. Understand device and account inspection, review and troubleshooting processes. Training and collaboration
Complete trainings on in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources. Build relationships with employees across channels to enhance the customer experience and resolve issues. Ideal Candidate
Leadership and competitive drive in a fast-paced sales environment. Ability to lead the team, share best practices, and resolve customer issues. Operational, financial and performance management skills. Strong communication with team and customers. Prior wireless sales experience. What’s in it for you?
