Responsibilities:
Coordinate food and beverage budgeting, hiring, coaching, training, and menu development Establish standard operating procedures and procurement processes Develop and implement internal marketing programs to boost participation in F&B activities Oversee banquets, social functions, and member events Develop and monitor plans, budgets, and procedures for F&B operations Manage policies, operating procedures, and staffing for all F&B areas Set and maintain expectations for dress, decorum, and service standards Monitor adherence to standards and take ownership of operational excellence
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food and beverage management Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to develop and implement operational strategies Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
