Turning Stone Enterprises . Starting Salary Range: $57,000 to $65,000 yearly Flexible Shift What You Will Do
Effectively manages staff and maintains service levels for the F&B Outlets. Demonstrates outstanding guest service skills and identifies repeat guests. Ensures staff is friendly and welcoming at all times. Maintains working knowledge of F&B operations internal functions, controls and software updates; conveys pertinent information to employees regarding policy changes. Ensures efficiency and accuracy by maintaining communication with all work areas to verify paperwork and inventory controls. Maintains a professional rapport and confidentiality in communications with other departments as required by procedure (e.g., IT, Security, HR, Marketing). Takes responsibility for training and development in F&B operations; monitors business flow to develop efficient training, break and shift schedules. Performs administrative procedures and tracks LOAs, vacation time, PTO, call-outs and special requests accurately. Supports F&B employees at designated outlet locations as needed. Monitors inventory of F&B supplies, orders as needed, completes stock requisitions and monitors costs against budget. Assists outlet staff as required by business needs and ensures timely delivery of sales slip reports; trains staff in the process of declaring tips. Oversees recruitment needs, interviews candidates and coordinates with Human Resources and Operations Manager as appropriate. Oversees, monitors and delegates F&B operation at the assigned outlet; ensures cleanliness, lighting, music levels, repairs, etc. Maintains high quality of food and service levels within the outlet and knowledge of full-service alcoholic beverage operations. Assists with annual budgets, operating forecasts and other departmental analyses. Maintains knowledge of menu and preparation in a multi-concept restaurant; ensures staff provides timely and accurate table service of made-to-order items. Maintains cleanliness, service steps, table maintenance, and presentation of utensils, floors and equipment. Who We Are

To be successful as a F&B Manager, you'll need: High School Diploma or Equivalency required. College degree or some level of secondary education preferred. 5 years previous management/supervisory experience in a multi-concept restaurant or ethnically diverse culinary environment. F&B experience required, including handling and understanding the preparation and service of alcoholic beverages. Above average verbal and written communication skills. Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office. Outstanding guest service skills. Money handling experience with basic math skills. Ability to organize/prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously. Decision-making ability in a high-stress environment and flexible work schedule. Physical ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 10 lbs. What We Value
