As a Ski Patrol Dispatcher, you’ll be the communication hub for the mountain — coordinating emergency responses, tracking patrol movements, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes so guests can enjoy the freedom to ski. What You’ll Do

Monitor radio traffic and serve as the primary point of contact between Ski Patrol, Dispatch, Lift Operations, and emergency responders. Receive and log incident reports, including injuries, lift issues, trail closures, and guest assistance. Dispatch appropriate personnel to incidents. Maintain detailed, accurate records of calls, incidents, and actions taken. Assist with administrative support, incident report filing, and coordination with outside agencies when needed. What We’re Looking For

Must be at least 18 years or older. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. EMT, OEC, or WFR is required. Excellent verbal and written communication and multitasking skills. Remains calm and focused in emergency or high-stress situations. Experience with two-way radio systems and/or dispatching is preferred. Comfortable using computers (including Google Workspace), logging systems, and basic reporting tools. Works well independently and as part of a safety-focused team. Available for flexible scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and peak periods. Why You’ll Love It Here
