Responsibilities

Exceeds guest expectations through anticipation of needs and communicate to server.

Checks each plate of food for an accurate guest order.

Ensure required condiments are presented in tasteful fashion.

Deliver guest order to table per standards of service.

Completes all opening, on‑going and closing side work check list.

Stocks/restocks linens and work stations for service.

Informs server of any potential guest opportunities.

Provides general resort information for guests.

All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Experience. Previous experience passionately providing service to others.

People Person. The best part of serving others is creating experiences for them that go beyond the expected.

Great communicator. Providing amazing experiences requires the ability to communicate to any guest, client or associate.

Certifications. Must have current active Food Safety and TIPS certificate.

Working Environment/Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to walk and stand 6-8 hours per day, and may have exposure to basic cleaning supply chemicals.

The team member is occasionally required to climb, use balance, and frequently be asked to use their hands and arms to reach, carry, pull, and lift up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision.

While performing the duties of this job, the team member will experience temperature fluctuations (rain, wind, heat, humidity) and moderate to high noise levels.
