Position Overview
As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you will manage new business opportunities and an existing account portfolio. You will understand initiatives and opportunities within your territory, including funding, district performance, and growth potential. Responsibilities
Develop new accounts and drive sales in targeted territories. Contact customers via telephone to articulate solutions and close sales. Identify decision makers through cold calling. Manage the full sales cycle. Make at least 25 outbound calls and emails daily. Use Salesforce for activity tracking. Collaborate with marketing on outbound campaigns. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in education, business, or related field, or 3+ years B2B sales experience. Experience in SaaS, PaaS, or software sales, especially in education, is preferred. Proven success in meeting sales goals and acquiring new customers. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Base pay starts at $25/hour, with total earnings potential of $80,000-$100,000/year including commissions. Location: Hybrid in Tempe, AZ or Austin, TX.
