We operate over 30 district offices and employ more than 1,100 employees across multiple states throughout the USA. The Preventative Maintenance Sales role is critical to the overall growth and profitability of the business. The chosen candidate will promote and sell service agreements (PMAs) for commercial building systems including inspections, fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler, extinguishers, e-lights and DAS systems. They will also quote service repairs and upgrades for existing contract customers. Will train the right candidate. Location:
Salt Lake City, Utah. Responsibilities
Promote and sell PMA service agreements for a range of building systems. Quote service repairs and upgrades for existing contract customers. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to support growth and profitability. Qualifications
Previous exposure to sales methodologies, standards, and disciplines. Interested in self and team development and adding maximum value. Aptitude for learning, ability to grasp concepts quickly, and high attention to detail. Personable, outgoing, energetic, reliable, and able to influence others. 3+ years in progressive sales roles is preferred but not required. Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage in both individual and group settings. Experience selling service and intangible offerings. Knowledge of the fire and life safety industry is a plus but not required. Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required. MVR checks are required for all driving positions. Benefits
