Sales Consultants
for our
Los Angeles
store. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering a unique shopping experience aligned with Pronovias standards and ensuring the achievement of sales goals. Funciones y Responsabilidades:
Assist and advise clients professionally, providing excellent service and satisfying their needs. Meet sales and efficiency goals set by the Store Manager. Complete appointment-related tasks daily to prepare for upcoming appointments, ensuring attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Organize daily activities effectively. Generate business and increase traffic through managing your client portfolio and engaging with clients arriving via the contact center. Communicate with Central regarding product availability, quality compliance, and delivery times. Perform administrative tasks such as telephone support, cashier closing, merchandise receipt, tracking, transfers, and inventories to support store operations. Maintain a correct store image by adhering to internal policies on order and visual standards for the sales area, workshop, and warehouse. We seek a candidate with a minimum of 2 years' experience in consultation and sales within premium or luxury brands. A passionate individual committed to providing excellent client service with a positive attitude. Ideal candidates are goal-oriented, team players, and possess problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills are essential, and multilingual abilities will be highly valued.
