Research and identify potential school and district partners for Book Fairs Qualify leads and set up appointments for Account Managers Build rapport with educators and school administrators to promote literacy Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system and track progress toward sales goals Collaborate with the sales team to enhance lead generation strategies and improve efficiency What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of three (3) years of successful sales experience in retail, district sales, event management, or customer service Proficiency with MS Office; experience with Sales Automation and Customer Relationship Management software Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
