As a Real Estate Acquisitions Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients looking to sell their properties. You will engage with motivated sellers, utilizing your strong sales and negotiation skills to deliver outstanding results. This is a highly entrepreneurial role with clear goals and performance incentives. The base salary for this position is $58,750, with commission and bonus opportunities. Top performers earn over $125,000 in total compensation.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Build rapport and establish trust with home sellers; provide superior client service by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Acquisitions: Directly involved in purchasing homes, making offers based on market trends, and overseeing the transaction process.

Lead Generation & Networking: Cultivate relationships with sellers and your local real estate network; manage leads and follow up to close deals efficiently.

Negotiation & Closing: Use strong negotiation skills to create win‑win deals and close transactions promptly.

Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with title, legal, construction, and operations teams; manage and collaborate with junior team members.

Site Visits & Client Meetings: Travel to properties to conduct assessments and meet with clients for in‑depth discussions on property values, repairs, and offers.

Qualifications

Experience: 4–10 years in sales or business development.

Real Estate License: Must possess a real estate license or demonstrate the willingness and ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire.

Entrepreneurial Drive: Self‑motivated with a competitive, results‑driven mentality and the ability to meet clear goals.

Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and listening skills; ability to build rapport and close deals effectively.

Time Management & Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.

Accountability & Integrity: Take ownership of work and results; demonstrate a high level of integrity in all transactions.

Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software to track leads and manage client interactions; adept with digital tools for effective communication and organization.

Flexibility: Willingness to work both during business hours and evenings or weekends to meet client convenience.

Physical Demands and Work Environment: Travel (10% or as necessary) to various properties; regular lifting and moving of up to 20 pounds; site visits require standing, walking, reaching, and occasional kneeling or crouching.
