Job Duties & Responsibilities

Builds student base by creating safe environments for all golfers, providing high-quality instruction, and building long-lasting relationships with each student. Engage with clients to identify strengths and weaknesses of their swing/game, understand their lesson goals, and act as a Trusted Advisor. Seek opportunities for self-development to improve teaching skills. Ensure teaching is tailored to student understanding and adjust styles accordingly. Continuously innovate to grow the student base and meet/exceed financial and metric goals. Participate in community outreach by partnering with local organizations to promote the Golf Galaxy experience. Lead initiatives to promote services like Fitting, Lessons, Club Tech, and other departments, fostering lasting relationships with golfers at all stages of their golf journey. Collaborate with Certified Fitters and teammates to enhance the Trusted Advisor experience. This includes interacting during fittings, offering advice on swing improvement, and sharing expertise with teammates and golfers. Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent 1-3 years experience Active PGA of America Class A or LPGA member in good standing Knowledge of club-fitting through experience and/or OEM training (3+ years) PGA of America Class A or LPGA Member, or interested in becoming one through our PGA/LPGA Associate Program Trackman Level 1 & 2 certification Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Passion for golf equipment and technology Desire for continuous learning and teaching others Stay current with industry trends Additional Details
