Front Desk Agent

to be the welcoming face of our hotel. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for a warm and comfortable stay. You’ll handle check‑ins and check‑outs, respond to guest inquiries, and provide accurate, timely information—all while delivering exceptional hospitality with a smile.

Key Responsibilities Greet guests with warmth and professionalism Handle check‑in/check‑out procedures efficiently Respond to guest questions and concerns courteously Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
