Job Details
Assist in patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
Collect patient data and provide appropriate care to assigned patients.
Deliver care in accordance with the Patient's Bill of Rights and report patient needs promptly.
Organize care and complete assignments in a timely manner.
Reinforce patient instruction and document accurately on medical records and other forms.
Perform treatments and procedures per hospital policy.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Completion of an authorized CNA Training Program or enrollment in a nursing program with fundamentals of nursing, or relevant work experience as a nursing assistant or personal care aide.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.
Current ED experience preferred.
Computer literacy and basic English reading and writing skills.
Salary Range USD $28.01 – $28.01 per hour.
