Plano Office Supply focuses on solution selling, customer education, and product expertise in key commercial market segments including hospitality, education, restaurants, healthcare and more.
Responsibilities include prospect and qualify new leads, develop key relationships, and identify and resolve customer concerns.
Duties
Present and sell jan san and food service supplies to new and current customers.
Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
Identify appropriate prospects and qualify new leads.
Create, plan and deliver presentations on products.
Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
Meet and/or exceed quotas.
Identify and resolve customer concerns.
Participate in company meetings to review sales performance, product development, sales goals and profitability.
