Responsibilities

Sales Support: Collaborate with clients to equip and guide their sales processes, lead client interactions, and address their unique needs.

Lead Generation: Excel in cold calling, prospecting, building lead lists, and setting up strong sales cadences.

Client Knowledge: Build rapport with strategic outreach and stay informed about industry trends.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with client teams to pursue opportunities and schedule qualified meetings using digital tools.

Growth Mindset: Pursue improvement, accept feedback, and refine demand generation strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements

1-3 years of SDR experience.

Understanding of enterprise challenges, critical thinking, perseverance, passion, curiosity, and conscientiousness.

Self-motivated, proactive, excellent communication skills, and team-oriented.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, problem-solve, and prioritize tasks effectively.
