We are a global manufacturer of advanced plasma-processing equipment, serving applications in photonics, wireless, power devices, data storage, sensors & MEMS, advanced packaging, and academic research & R&D. About The Role We’re expanding our European sales team! This role aims to strengthen our presence in Southern Europe, covering Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Greece. We seek a dynamic, autonomous professional to own this high-potential region and drive revenue growth. This position involves discussing technical topics related to semiconductor manufacturing. If you enjoy challenges, autonomy, and technical sales, this is ideal! We offer a permanent contract with a competitive package including fixed and variable compensation. About You You enjoy identifying and exploring new sales opportunities through customer visits, calls, demos, and factory tours. You understand customer needs, act as an advisor, and coordinate internal resources to offer suitable solutions. You aim to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. You are motivated to conduct presentations, lead technical and commercial discussions, and negotiate deals. You are organized, maintain accurate records in Salesforce, and ensure reliable sales forecasting. You stay informed about market trends, analyze competitors, and proactively propose improvements. You are willing and able to travel extensively (50-70%) within your territory. A solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and plasma technologies is essential; experience in sales or using such equipment is a plus. Requirements & Qualifications Residence near an airport or major train station in Italy, ideally close to Binasco, Milan. The role may also be based in France near Paris or Geneva for easy access to the territory. Fluent in both English and Italian. Several years of experience in capital equipment sales within the semiconductor industry are highly desirable. Additional Skills Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, or engineering; Master’s preferred. Additional marketing or business degrees are a plus. Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal, presentation, and listening skills. Ability to influence purchasing decisions positively. Team player, comfortable working in an international, cross-functional environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred). Valid driver’s license and passport. Major credit card for business travel. Additional Details
