Location: Westminster, CO Wage Range: $80,000-100,000 + annual discretionary bonus

Job Summary: MTech Mechanical performs mechanical construction across various industries, from large ground-up buildings to complex renovations, as well as ongoing service and equipment repairs. HVAC Service focuses on preventative maintenance services and smaller, short-duration repair and replacement projects.

The

HVAC Service Account Manager

is entrepreneurial, collaborative, and responsible for preventative maintenance contracts, repair and replacement projects from inception through completion. The SAM is encouraged to support our commercial and special projects teams with the client relationships they create. You’ll blend technical know-how with strong relationship skills — making sure clients get solutions that work, and allowing MTech to be ‘asked back’.

Key responsibilities: General:

Promote MTech's culture and values internally and externally Engage in continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate effectively with internal and external clients Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Follow all company safety culture and policy guidelines Participate in ongoing training and development Tackle other duties as assigned Be present and dependable — regular attendance is essential Business Development:

Meet or exceed assigned sales and gross margin targets Focus on growing our client base in Denver, the Denver Tech Center, South Denver, and Northern Colorado Build new client relationships while maintaining and growing existing ones — be the trusted advisor clients call first Develop and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations Secure new service contracts and tie MTech to lasting partnerships Support sales for plumbing and special projects as needed — expand your reach as the team grows Account Management:

Maintain accurate client data in our CRM Stay in contact with clients throughout the sales cycle and after the sale — proactive, reliable, responsive Price PMs, PM Renewals, and jobs timely, competitively and profitably Coordinate with MTech’s service, special projects, and plumbing teams to deliver a seamless client experience and get asked back Review client invoices for accuracy and fairness before they go out the door Ensure compliance with MTech’s project management procedures Qualifications:

5+ years of HVAC service sales experience with a track record you can back up with references Excellent client service and relationship skills — your follow-through builds trust Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Solid understanding of HVAC systems, energy rates, rebates, and building energy management Self-starter mindset — you’re motivated to build your own book of business Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience (Unanet) a plus, and Bluebeam/Adobe PDF A true team player who collaborates well across departments About MTech For 23 years, MTech has had a goal to build a great company with a great reputation.
