Salary :$20~$27.5/hour

Working hours : 9 am to 5pm from Mon to Fri (1hour unpaid break)

Position Title: Sales Account Representative

Department: Motor Vehicle Business Team

Status: Non Exempt, Full time

Salary :$20~$27.5/hour

Working hours : 9 am to 5pm from Mon to Fri (1hour unpaid break)

Start Date:ASAP (Temp for first 3 months and converted to hire based on performance)

Position Summary

Reporting to the Manager, Account Sales Rep will be responsible for selling products or services while providing excellent customer service as well as performing an important role in the overall customer experience by helping with sales and customer inquiries by email, phone and in-person meeting. with customers including sales and technical discussions

Role Priorities

Develop relationships with current customers and drive sales outside of the customer’s original order, including additional products. Communicate with assigned customers. Explain technical and quality information for the products as well as shipping and delivery schedule. Explain to existing and potential customers the new products for their needs. Coordinate sales effort with team members Reach out to potential customers through cold calling Recommend the related products to increase customers options.

Performance Requirements

Daily correspondence with customers by e-mail/phone based on the information from suppliers Domestic travel to customers (once per quarter) Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities. Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email Update the data in control book and operate Robotic process automation (RPA) for payment request Staying informed about competing products and services. Keeping up with product and service information and updates. Communicate with Assistant Manager to meet customers’ needs

Minimum Experience

Specific Skill Requirements

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills Utilize Microsoft Outlook daily Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to lift 5-10 pounds

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in communication, Engineering or Marketing

Preferred Skills And Experience

Build and maintain relationships in the office and with customers Knowledge of importing and exporting terminology/automotive or motorcycle engineering Customer Service: past experience and/or demonstrated appreciation and understanding of the importance of customer care as a function of the business At least one-year B2B sales experience as tier supplier or OEM in automotive/powersports industries
