Are you a proven closer with a history of excelling in the PEO sales landscape? Do you thrive on a relentless pursuit of new business and come equipped with a network of relationships that can be leveraged immediately? Justworks is looking for a Senior Account Executive who will hit the ground running and make an immediate impact, driving growth within the small business market by effectively communicating Justworks’ product suite. Your Mission

Your primary mission is to expand our user base and drive significant growth. You will be the face of Justworks, building trust with business owners and evangelizing our product suite in the small business world. Success is measured by managing your own book of business, building and managing a complete end-to-end sales pipeline, and consistently exceeding quotas. What You Will Work On

Own the Pipeline: From prospecting to close, manage all activities required to win. Hunt for New Business: Proactively prospect for new business through market research, sales tools, and outbound outreach. Leverage Your Network: Build and nurture relationships with channel partners, especially brokers. Leverage a pre-existing network to generate leads alongside traditional methods. Be a PEO Expert: Act as an ambassador for Justworks and its solutions, gaining deep knowledge of the product suite and communicating its value proposition. Advocate for the Customer: Represent future customers, suggest ideas to improve the customer experience, and advocate for product development internally. Expand Your Territory: Research and establish a dominant presence in your assigned territory with a strategic plan to engage the entrepreneurial community. How You Will Do Your Work

Minimum of 5 years experience in an Account Executive role managing a full, consultative sales cycle with closing experience. Experience in lead generation for B2B in high-velocity settings (SaaS, PEO, Fintech). Proficiency with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, and/or ZoomInfo is required; experience with Outreach.io and/or HubSpot, plus 6sense and/or Hoovers/D&B is a plus. Cold-calling experience is required. Hunter mentality focused on acquiring new prospects, closing deals, and delivering results. Established ecosystem relationships with Broker and Accountant Channel partners. Passionate about sales and relationship-focused customer engagements. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to listen and gather important information during sales calls and meetings. Ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences. Creative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Preference for entrepreneurial environments and building meaningful outcomes. Occasional travel within the territory (about 25%). This position is paid a base wage plus incentive compensation. The base wage range for this position is targeted at $105,000 in New York, with On-Target Earnings of $255,000. Final offers may vary. Incentive compensation is subject to plan terms. Salary ranges may differ by location.
