Position Summary The Sales Supervisor assists the Store Manager with all day-to-day store operations, including sales, customer service, recruiting, training, and profit management. In the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager, the supervisor manages all store personnel, implements company policies, enforces procedures, and maintains store standards.
Key Responsibilities
Drive store sales goals while achieving individual sales targets.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences by styling and presenting products based on customer needs.
Serve as a role model for customer engagement exceeding industry standards.
Build client relationships and promote brand excitement through client outreach.
Coach, develop, and motivate associates for maximum sales productivity.
Lead the store team and serve as the expert on store culture, operations, and policies.
Manage payroll to meet coverage guidelines and payroll goals.
Execute directives from Visual Merchandising, Operations, and Marketing within deadlines.
Communicate with Store Manager regarding employee relations, daily operations, compliance, and skills development.
Represent the brand and ensure team members embody brand values in all interactions.
Follow Loss Prevention policies and assist with audits and inventories to protect the store.
Required Skills

Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask and prioritize.
Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
Accurate cash register operation following cash handling procedures.
High initiative self-starter.
Education / Experience
2+ years of professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and/or customer service, and at least 1 year of supervisor experience.
Physical and Mental Requirements
Repetitive hand motion while operating cash register or computer.
Regular interaction with the public in a crowded, noisy store environment.
Standing required for entire work shift.
Use of office equipment (computers, phone, fax, scanner, copier).
Weekend and night shift availability.
Climb ladders as needed.
Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed.
