Drive revenue growth by acquiring new logos and cross-selling within the existing customer base Upsell and expand existing accounts by identifying additional contact center use cases Communicate and demonstrate the value of the contact center portfolio to senior-level stakeholders Collaborate with internal sales teams to enhance contact center mindshare and support go-to-market strategies Manage the full sales cycle, from pipeline creation to deal closure Qualifications
Proven success in cloud contact center sales, ideally in the mid-market segment Strong relationship-building skills with technical and business stakeholders Experience selling to Line-of-Business and IT leaders, including C-level executives Deep understanding of CCaaS, UCaaS, and cloud communications solutions Highly organized and results-oriented mindset Preferred Qualifications
