What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Acquire new Majors accounts and expand existing relationships in the Northeast
Sell across the employer's entire portfolio, including UCaaS, Contact Center, and collaboration platforms
Build and execute account strategies to engage C-level decision makers
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and manage cross-functional teams to close business
Maintain strong pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of enterprise or Majors sales experience with a track record of quota attainment
Strong enterprise tech or SaaS background (phones, CRMs, or related software)
Proven hunter mindset with the ability to acquire net-new logos and expand existing accounts
Experience navigating complex organizational structures and multi-department buying processes
Strong consultative selling skills and executive presence
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience selling UCaaS, CCaaS, or adjacent SaaS solutions (e.g., Zoom, Cisco, Avaya)
Background in public sector (SLED) or Fortune 500 accounts
Familiarity with managing cross-functional resources in enterprise sales cycles
Demonstrated success against well-established competitors in the enterprise software space
