Responsibilities
Acquire new Majors accounts and expand existing relationships in the Northeast
Sell across the full portfolio of communication solutions, including UCaaS and Contact Center
Build and execute account strategies to engage C-level decision makers
Lead complex sales cycles and manage cross-functional teams to close business
Maintain strong pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy
Qualifications
5+ years of enterprise or Majors sales experience with a proven track record of quota attainment
Strong background in enterprise technology or SaaS (phones, CRMs, or related software)
Proven ability to acquire net-new logos and expand existing accounts
Experience navigating complex organizational structures and multi-department buying processes
Strong consultative selling skills and executive presence
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling UCaaS, CCaaS, or adjacent SaaS solutions
Background in public sector (SLED) or Fortune 500 accounts
Familiarity with managing cross-functional resources in enterprise sales cycles
Demonstrated success against established competitors in the enterprise software space
