Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Dover, NH, for an Inside Sales and Counter position. The Inside Sales and Counter team member will be responsible for generating leads, managing inside sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include assisting customers at the counter, answering inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining product knowledge to support customers' needs effectively.
Qualifications
Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Effective Communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, on‑site environment
Proficiency with computer systems and software
Experience in the electrical supply industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are beneficial
