Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Salesperson based in Marietta, GA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include customer service, conducting property showings, preparing documents, negotiating contracts, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends and conditions.
Qualifications
Real Estate License and Real Property knowledge
Experience in Real Estate and Sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in using real estate software and tools
Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
