The right fit for the team is a professional who is a self-starter, results-oriented, and capable of building strong relationships with customers and partners. This role is an independent contractor position in the Residential Roofing Division in Houston. Responsibilities
Create your own schedule and manage your time for maximum productivity Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence and meet revenue goals Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key accounts Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and provide accurate estimates Educate customers on roofing systems, including eco-friendly and fortified roofing options Close sales and oversee the customer relationship from start to finish Partner with our project management team to ensure smooth installations What We Offer

Entry-level candidates welcome! Full training provided Previous sales experience in roofing, construction, home improvement, or related industries (preferred but not required) Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth (or willingness to learn) Strong relationship-building, account management, and consultative selling skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Work Location
Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays during storm season. Must work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs. In the office, not a remote position. Equal Opportunity Employer
