Colony Roofers, founded in 2016, is expanding across the Southeast with a new office in Tampa.
Position Overview We are looking for a charismatic and driven Retail Sales Representative to grow our presence in Tampa by engaging neighborhood leads, conducting inspections, and converting prospects into valued customers.

Canvass designated neighborhoods to identify homes with roofing needs.
Conduct on-site roof inspections, provide expert recommendations, and build trust.
Present tailored roofing solutions and close sales.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain client relationships through follow-up and exceptional customer service.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to branch growth.
Qualifications
Previous experience in residential or commercial roofing sales or a similar consultative sales role preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in the field and manage schedules effectively.
Comfortable with neighborhood canvassing, including walking and outdoor exposure.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Familiarity with roofing materials such as architectural shingles, TPO, metal roofing is a plus.
