Join our team at Medix. This is a staffing sales role with growth into a B2B Account Executive role after initial recruitment training (3 months). December 2025 and May 2026 grads are encouraged to apply. We provide workforce solutions to clients across various industries. Our core purpose is to positively impact lives by connecting the right candidates with the right opportunities. Medix sells a service that streamlines the hiring process for clients. What you’ll do Phase 1: Learn the fundamentals of the Medix recruiting process

Identify qualified candidates through multiple outlets (e.g., job boards, networking groups) Assess candidates via phone screening, virtual interviewing, skills testing, and reference checks Meet weekly quotas for phone screening, virtual interviewing, reference checks, and resume submissions Obtain and generate sales leads Participate in weekly progress meetings to determine product knowledge Participate in sales role plays and progress meetings to build product and sales knowledge Shadow current account executives during meetings Continue weekly progress meetings, coaching, and role plays Cold call to set new meetings Build out territory and identify prospects Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates through networking and outreach Sell Medix staffing services and develop a territory plan Negotiate client contracts Assist, develop, and manage a team of recruiters Maintain weekly quotas for outreach, cold calls, and meetings Serve as point of contact for candidates and clients, resolving issues as needed What you’ll need

Comfortable with outbound, phone-based work Proven initiative and self-motivation Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Interest in a results-driven culture with visible KPIs Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required Competitive mindset Evaluation
