As a Brand Associate, you’re an integral part of the team and bring the brand to life for customers. You deliver excellent customer service to foster brand loyalty, educate customers about products, and use knowledge and experience to inform, inspire and wardrobe the customer. You’ll collaborate with leadership to deliver a best-in-class customer experience using an omni-channel approach. What You’ll Do
Consistently treat customers and coworkers with respect and contribute to a positive work environment. Educate customers about loyalty programs to promote retention. Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling. Enhance customer experience using all omnichannel offerings. Be accountable to personal goals that contribute to overall store goals and results. Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house as required. Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center. Handle customer interactions and potential issues or returns courteously and professionally. Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently. Who You Are
Good communicator who can interact effectively with customers and teammates to meet goals. Customer-focused service provider, on and off the sales floor, to deliver an exceptional experience. Passionate about retail and thriving in a fast-paced environment. Problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement, open to feedback and action-oriented. Flexible schedule availability, including holiday, evening, overnight and weekend shifts. Able to utilize retail technology. Able to move around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 30 lbs. Benefits
