Sales Consultant

with experience in

AI systems

or

SaaS platforms . You’ll work with business owners to understand their goals and demonstrate how our AI automation solutions can streamline operations, improve consistency, and increase ROI. Key Responsibilities

Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and identify opportunities. Deliver engaging product demos and proposals tailored to client goals. Build and maintain relationships with small to mid-sized businesses and franchises. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation. Manage opportunities in CRM and consistently achieve sales targets. Educate clients on best practices to maximize long-term adoption. Qualifications

2+ years of experience in SaaS or AI-related sales (B2B preferred). Familiarity with CRM systems such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Salesforce. Strong understanding of automation, lead management, or digital workflows. Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills. Highly motivated, coachable, and results-driven. Preferred Experience

Experience in marketing technology, AI consulting, or agency environments. Comfort working in fast-moving, innovative startups. AI Systems Support Specialist

We’re seeking a detail-oriented

AI Systems Support Specialist

to help clients get the most from their AI and CRM solutions. You’ll assist with onboarding, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience using platforms like

GoHighLevel, HubSpot, and Salesforce . Key Responsibilities

Provide responsive technical support via chat, email, and video calls. Troubleshoot workflow automations, integrations, and system performance issues. Set up and maintain CRM pipelines, triggers, and custom automations. Document client issues and collaborate with developers for resolutions. Support new client onboarding and provide basic training. Maintain high client satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate solutions. Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in technical support, customer success, or CRM management. Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Salesforce. Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier or Make (Integromat). Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple client requests and prioritize effectively. Preferred Experience
