WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
The Account Manager will support the sales team in planning and executing addressable and digital advertising campaigns for Ampersand’s media clients. Responsibilities include preparing sales proposals, presenting research and data, providing rates, creative deadlines, and technical specifications, coordinating measurement and attribution, and delivering comprehensive campaign reporting.
HOW YOU’LL BE CONTRIBUTING:
Work across functional groups such as MVPDs, Partners, Research, Data, Pricing and Planning to assist in the creation of client proposals, presentations, and media plans.
Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders on coordinating and streamlining strategic planning initiatives.
Create media plans that adhere to client expectations and KPIs.
Verify inventory availability throughout the sales process.
Communicate campaign specifications and creative lead times to Advertisers/Agencies.
Ensure all pertinent information has been received to successfully execute a campaign.
Monitor campaign performance and ensure we meet KPIs.
Provide client‑facing metrics and reporting.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
2-3 years of advertising‑related experience.
Working knowledge of digital and linear media math.
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Professional, courteous, and efficient office etiquette with employees, clients, and customers.
Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple projects, and work overtime if necessary.
Work independently and proactively on projects and follow through to completion.
Comfort with ambiguity and a self‑starter with an aptitude for defining new processes.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills required.

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, experience and performance.
The range listed is just one component of Ampersand’s total rewards package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary annual bonuses and/or overtime, commission, etc., as well as competitive benefits including PTO, medical & dental & vision benefits, 401(k) with employer match, short & long‑term disability, basic life insurance, tuition reimbursement, pre‑tax commuter benefits & flexible spending accounts.
